Auto Accident on Old Ox road

On Monday afternoon units from Stations 19 and 9 were dispatched to an auto accident with reported entrapment on Old Ox road.

Units arrived on the scene of a head on collision involving two passenger vehicles. Rescue Engine 9, Engine 19, and Tower 19 crews completed minimal extrication to allow access to the patients. A total of 3 patients were transported to Loudoun Hospital for treatment. VA State police are investigating the accident.
