The Arcola-Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Department maintains a fleet of top line firefighting and EMS vehicles which we use to provide our services to the community.
All of the vehicles are owned by the department and were purchased using money from donations and fund drives.

Jeep 9

The Jeep is a 1977 CJ-7. Like the brush truck, it is used to fight brush fires in areas inaccessable to a conventional fire apparatus. While the Jeep carries less water and equipment than Brush 9, it is capable of reaching areas that the brush can’t.
